Error reporting
The main objective of this service is to provide rapid and precise information: users are invited to report any errors or faults, both on the information pages and in the interactive services, to webmaster@regione.liguria.it. Liguria International will make the necessary corrections as soon as possible.

Liguria International declines all reliability for websites that can be accessed using the links located inside its website. Liguria International is not responsible for the information obtained by users from websites that are reached via hypertext links. The owners of the accessed websites are therefore responsible for the completeness and precision of the information at the conditions established by the former.
Privacy Policy
Liguria International guarantees that any personal information it receives via electronic mail or electronic forms, also during registration, is processed in compliance with the current privacy law (Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30th June 2003, which came into force on 1st January 2004).
The user's personal information (required for access to the services) will not be transferred to third parties and will be used for communications concerning to the website and its contents and for eventually sending a periodic newsletter containing information about pertinent issues. If the personal data was collected for the purpose of carrying out institutional activities, the public administration is not required to request consent (art.24 Cod.) as it is required for institutional purposes. This is an obligatory requirement (simplified) when handling health data (art.81 Cod.).
The interested party enjoys the rights expressly indicated in article 7 of the "Privacy Act" and may exercise them without any formalities by sending a request to the data holder or processor, also by registered post, telefax or electronic mail (art.9 Cod.). The data holder is Liguria International, with head offices in Via Fieschi 15 - 16100 Genova, the data processors are the directors of the relative structures (which the interested party may contact to request information exclusively concerning his/her personal data) and the data officers are the officials and clerks authorised to perform processing operations by the data holder or by processor.
