A training course to support internationalisation of enterprises is being planned in the ICE and Regione Liguria Agreement.
ICE is organising the initiative in collaboration with Confartigianato Liguria, the craft industry association.

The initiative will take the form of training seminars for Ligurian SMEs that want to pursue an internationalisation process or that want to improve their presence in foreign markets.

The following issues will be covered:
- internationalisation strategies for small and medium enterprise
- the Business Plan: from the idea to the successful internationalisation strategy
- International payments and foreign trade techniques
- International contracts
- Distribution channels abroad: impact on competitiveness
- Trade fairs, trade missions and workshops: introducing yourself to foreign markets

The seminars will be held from April to June 2010 (9.00 am to 5 pm) and involve a teaching session in the morning and individual meetings between enterprises and trainer to explore specific issues in the afternoon.
